Acceptance

By using Interview Copilot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the service is

Interview Copilot listens to interview audio and generates AI-based hints in real time. It is an assistance tool; the accuracy and outcome of any suggestion are not guaranteed.

Free tier and Pro

The app is free to use with limited quotas (a few minutes of live recognition and a limited number of screenshot solutions), answered by a free AI provider and without resume personalization. Pro unlocks answers on the latest Claude model, personalization from your resume, unlimited recognition and interview history.

Payment and access

• Pro is sold as a one-month period of access, not a recurring subscription. Nothing is charged automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.
• Payments are processed by Paddle and Gumroad, who act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Access is granted automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• Paying again while Pro is active extends your access by another month.
• When the paid month ends, the account simply returns to the free tier.
• A payment below the current price, or one sent without your account code, cannot be matched automatically. Write to us and we will sort it out manually.
• Prices may change; the price shown on the site at the time of your payment is the one that applies.

Refunds

If the app does not work for you, contact theinterviewcopilot@gmail.com within 14 days of payment and we will refund the unused month. Refunds are not given for a month that has already been used substantially.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Access is tied to one personal account and may not be shared. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's settings.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for complying with recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for following the rules of the company or platform where you interview.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any outcome arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
